Job description:

Seeking to employ a qualified blockman for a busy retail store.

• Must have at least 2 years experience working on the band saw.
• Must know all the different cuts of meat and be able to cut accordingly.
• Must be able to pick up heavy carcasses.
• Willing to off load meat orders were needed.
• Only cv with good, reliable and contactable references will be considered.
