Job description:

Seeking to employ a Confectioner with at least 2 years retail experience.

• Must be able to bake cakes, tartlets, muffins, brownies, mince pies ect of a recipe.
• Must know how to decorate birthday cakes and any orders that may be requested by customers.
• Must be able to start at 6 in the morning
• Must be able to stand and work for long periods
