Door Of Hope
Childrens Mission
Since 1999, Door of Hope has worked tirelessly to provide a safe haven for Johannesburg’s abandoned babies. In response to a growing crisis, the Berea Baptist Mission Church installed a “Baby Saver Box” in its wall, offering a safe place for infants otherwise left in unsafe conditions. Thanks to this initiative, hundreds of babies have found safety and care, arriving through the box or brought by mothers, hospitals, and police.

Vistarus
Mission Station
Vistarus Mission Station offers a lifeline to those in need, providing a safe haven for the homeless, impoverished, and those battling addiction. Through life skills training, job creation, counseling, and community support, Vistarus helps individuals rebuild self-worth and dignity, guiding them towards reintegration into society. From destitute individuals and former addicts to abused women, children, and those affected by HIV/AIDS, Vistarus extends compassion and practical support, creating a secure and nurturing environment for everyone they serve.

Thembalitsha Foundation

Thembalitsha works to restore dignity and hope to the destitute and vulnerable in the Western and Eastern Cape. Since 1997, this non-profit has expanded its reach, offering vital education, health, and training programs that empower communities. With a dedicated team of staff, volunteers, and partners, Thembalitsha operates impactful projects—from early childhood centers to health clinics—helping thousands each year to rebuild their lives. Through collaboration and compassion, Thembalitsha is transforming lives and fostering lasting positive change across South Africa.

Our Maternity Matters Packages offer essential support for impoverished new mothers, providing them with much-needed resources during a crucial time. These packages include essentials for both mother and baby, helping to ease the initial challenges of motherhood and ensuring they have the basics covered. Through this initiative, we aim to bring comfort, dignity, and hope to new mothers facing financial hardship, empowering them to start this new chapter with confidence.
