Job Requirements
- Personnel Supervision: Hiring, training, motivating, and scheduling team members to meet performance targets.
- Operational Support: Opening/closing, maintaining safety standards, and overseeing daily procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Resolving customer complaints and maintaining high service standards.
- Administrative Duties: Managing inventory, tracking KPIs, and assisting with budget management.
Experience:
Must have reliable transport, own vehicle.
Must be able to Speak English and Afrikaans.
Usually 3+ years in a leadership or managerial position.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for staff collaboration.
Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Organisational: Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Experience with Tools and Machinery will be advantageous.
Contract period: Permanent
Compensation: R20 000
