  This position is not suitable for inexperienced applicants. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in a busy breakfast and lunch environment.

  The successful applicant must have:
  A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a chef in a coffee shop, café or restaurant.
  Experience preparing quality breakfasts, light lunches, salads, burgers, toasted sandwiches and daily specials.
  A good understanding of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
  The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  Experience with portion control, stock management and minimising food waste.
  A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work well within a team.
