  A Belt Setter / Machine Operator sets up, calibrates, and operates industrial production machinery and conveyor or belt systems to ensure smooth manufacturing and processing.

• Job Requirements

  • Machine Setup and Adjustment: Set up, adjust, and calibrate belt systems, production lines, and related machinery according to product specifications. 
  • Operation and Monitoring: Monitor moving parts, gauges, and conveyor belts during production to maintain proper speed, timing, and material flow. 
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products and run test items to confirm they meet exact measurements and quality standards. 
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventative maintenance, clear jams, make minor mechanical repairs, and report major equipment failures. Safety and Compliance: Follow strict industrial safety rules, use personal protective equipment, and apply lockout/tagout protocols
