• Job Outline

  Outsource is looking to employee experienced citrus pickers for citrus season 2026 who typically require physical fitness, the ability to work quickly to meet targets, and adherence to health and safety protocols. Formal educational qualifications are generally not required for picking roles, though relevant experience is often advantageous.

• Job Requirements

  Must have citrus picker experience. 

  Must be able to do physical labour 

  Must be able to work in a team. 

  Must have sober habits. 

  Must have a SA ID or Valid passport with work permit including proof. 

  Valid proof of registration of a work permit. 

  Banking details. 

  Must have a contactable reference. 

  Must be able to work shifts/ weekends and Public Holidays.

Contract period: Seasonal Contract

Compensation: Remuneration based on stukwerk.
