The successful applicant must be able to lead and direct large amount of staff with regards to the Health and Safety and HR rules inside a factory environment. Success is determined by the ability of the applicant to successfully enforce workplace rules via encouragement, continual leading, teaching, guidance and progressive discipline. Duties include:
Access control of staff for various shifts.
Checking that staff are not under the influence of alcohol and drugs;
Checking that production targets are met and taking rectifying action when they are not met.
Site walkabouts to various departments to make sure staff are not in unauthorized departments.
Making sure that hygiene an cleaning is completed in various departments.
Performing security checks on staff.
Processing staff that are medically unfit for work.
Completing various discipline processes if the staff are uncompliant.
