• Job Outline

  We are seeking a experienced press operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining various types of presses, including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic machines. The press operator will be responsible for  loading materials and monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency.

  Responsibilities:
  – Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality
  – Load materials onto machines and ensure proper alignment
  – Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
  – Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

   

• Job Requirements

  – High school diploma or equivalent
  – Proven experience as a press operator or similar role
  – Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  – Familiarity with various types of press machines
  – Ability to read and interpret production instructions
  – Strong attention to detail and quality
  – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

   

Contract period: Fixed term to full time

Compensation: R29 per hour
