We seek to employ an applicant with excellent admin skills to enhance our HR team. The applicant would schedule staff on various shifts as per operational demands. As the environment operates on weekends, public holidays and during night and day, the applicant would need to be able to work shifts to mirror these operational demands. The scheduler works hand in hand with the HR Admin staff who monitor and control absenteeism. The factory operates with staff numbers in excess of 1000 employees.
Job Requirements
Matric certificate with at least “D” obtained aggregate for Maths or Accounting
Bilingual
Post matric qualification or experience gained in an environment where accuracy is parament
Accuracy
Computer literacy in excel, MS office, windows and email – pruriency of 8/10 necessary.
Working reference – if applicable
Sober work habits
Drivers License
Ethical and trustworthy
Good communication skills
Contract period: Permanent
Compensation: Negotiable based on skills level and experience
