• Job Requirements

  • Check moving citrus on rollers for color, size, and shape.
  • Remove Defects: Take out rotten, split, moldy, or pest-damaged fruit (such as false coddling moth or black spot).
  • Prevent Contamination: Discard spoiled fruit early so it does not harm the washing and waxing systems.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the sorting station clean and clear of debris.
  • Follow Safety Rules: Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
